SBA on Burnt Mountain ~ video
(updated: Dec 3, 2011)
It's so rare that I get on film that I just had to share this clip. Not because you get to see my
smooth riding style lame-ass, or the fact that I forgot to buckle the waist strap on my huge bag which ended up flapping all over on every jump and drop, but because of Mark the cameraman's hilarious commentary. I call this one the Nut Cruncher video.
However, in order to video me on this last downhill run, we had to exchange helmets ... the same helmets that we'd been sweating in all day, climbing hills and powering up over rocks and roots. Still beats exchanging sweaty socks. Good thing I don't mount the video camera there.
Burnt Mountain has some good spots to get both wheels off the ground, and some rocks to drop off of. The one part where Mark says to let him know when we get to the rock section, I kinda forgot about the first rock section. I should warn folks it's not always a good idea to follow my line.

You have to dub "Mark Commentary" on other videos....that was funny! He had some great commentary on Pilot Rock too but maybe too explicit for SBA Site. Thanks for the warning, Mark...glad I stayed to the right!

Thanks for keeping the audio on, never knew how funny the Nut Crunch sounded. Next time I follow you, I'll were a protective cup for safe measure. I think the guy who's sock I let go down river is still crying about it, I can hear him all the way hear in Florida. Must of been one hell of a good sock.
