DuPont State Forest - Cedar Rock Trail ~ video

(updated: Apr 2, 2012)

This is the entire length of the Cedar Rock trail at DuPont, starting from the top at the intersection of Big Rock and Cedar Rock.

This is the sign at the top, shown with some big-weird-helmet-wearing-goof leaning on it and probably making it point the wrong way.

Usually I would always ride this trail the other direction. It is one of my favorite climbs. But it is also a great downhill. So either way, it's good. But it seems to go by a lot more quickly in the downhill direction. Hence the video is only three-and-a-half minutes long. If I had made a video of me going up, it would be three-and-a-half hours long. So I'll spare you that one for now.

This is some of the finest East Coast Slickrock around. Every time I ride here I never want to leave. One of these days, I'm staying for good.
