Macs vs PCs

I update this site on a Mac. It looks awesome in Safari, the web browser for Macs. However, when I look at the site on my PC, it looks like crap. The text is thinner and harder to read, things are not aligned properly like in Safari, and the graphics don't look as good. I think this is because Macs operate in graphics mode and PCs in text mode, or something. I don't really care why - the end result is that Macs are superior for text and graphics. So if you think my site could look better, try viewing it on a Mac. Below are two screenshots, one from Safari on the Mac and one from Firefox on the PC (I won't touch IE anymore).
